Based on the S.A.V.E. Self-Defense Program © 2009, participants LEARN threat AWARENESS, survival MINDSET, basic STANCES, BLOCKS, and STRIKES needed to SURVIVE a violent physical encounter with one or more attackers. Sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes in duration and require a signed waiver before participating. Incredibly EMPOWERING, these sessions TEACH that NO ONE needs to be a victim in today’s society, but if needed, you can FIGHT BACK and SURVIVE! All sessions are thoroughly risk-mitigated for maximum safety, and personally taught by Matt Michaelson, U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.), Warrior Wellness, LLC, Owner/Director.
