MIND sessions include an introduction to and training in MINDFULNESS MEDITATION – a non-medicinal, critical component for better mental wellness, alertness/clarity, less stress, and increased EASE. Weekly sessions include short (10, 20, and 30 minute) primarily seated and/or lying meditations (in person or via Zoom) where participants learn to SLOW down, become FULLY PRESENT, and actually LEARN to SEE their own thoughts, so they can become accustomed to how their MIND works, becoming COMFORTABLE with our busy, chattering minds, and OPEN UP to amazing understanding, LESS STRESS, and BETTER health!
